What's the difference between Axial ARC and Reactor?

Axial ARC is the company. Reactor is our flagship product — the platform we configure and run for your business. Most agencies hand you software and walk away; most software companies hand you a manual. Axial ARC is built around the part both of those skip — configuring the platform around how your business actually works, getting it running, and staying in the relationship long after launch. Reactor is what we deliver; Axial ARC is how we deliver it.

Is Reactor just GoHighLevel with your branding on it?

Reactor is built on top of the GoHighLevel platform, and we don't hide that. What you're paying for isn't access to a platform — you can get that anywhere. You're paying for the configuration, the implementation, and the ongoing partnership. The platform underneath is powerful but generic; Reactor is that platform shaped around your specific business by people who understand the work service businesses do. The relationship is what makes Reactor different, not the platform alone.

How do I know which package fits my business?

That's exactly what the strategy call is for. Ignite, Forge, and Core map to three different stages of business growth — solo or small shop, established with lead flow but inconsistent conversion, growing with multiple field staff and operational complexity. On the call we'll talk through where your business is today, what's working, what's not, and which package actually fits. If a smaller package is the right fit, we'll tell you. We'd rather start you in the right place than upsell you into something you won't use.

What does implementation actually cost, and why isn't it published?

Implementation is scoped during the strategy call because the work varies meaningfully by business. A solo operator setting up Ignite is a different effort than a five-location HVAC company setting up Core with multiple integrations. Publishing a flat number would either overprice the simple engagements or underprice the complex ones, and we don't want to do either. You'll get a real, specific number either during, or shortly after your strategy call — no surprises, no fine print.

Are there long contracts?

No. Subscriptions are month-to-month. We offer a 10% discount when packages are billed annually, but that's an option, not a requirement. Add-ons are billed monthly regardless to keep your configuration flexible. The thinking is simple: if Reactor isn't delivering for you, you should be able to leave. We'd rather earn the relationship every month than lock you into one.

What's included beyond the subscription?

Every package includes guided implementation, ongoing support, and a strategic partner you can actually call when something needs to change. Beyond that, activity-based usage — SMS, email volume, AI minutes, phone numbers — is billed separately at platform rates. We're transparent about that during the strategy call so you have a clear picture of what to expect, and most businesses spend a modest amount on usage relative to the subscription itself. Anything beyond standard configuration — paid media management, SEO, custom integrations, multi-location operations — is an add-on, scoped and priced separately.

Question 7

We're already using ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / Jobber / etc. Does Reactor replace those?

It depends on what you're trying to do. Reactor and field service management tools like ServiceTitan often coexist well — Reactor handles the customer journey (lead capture, conversion, follow-up, communication, reviews, retention), while field service software handles dispatch and job management. We frequently integrate the two so they share data and work together. If you've outgrown your current stack or want to consolidate, we can talk through that too. The right answer comes out of the strategy call, not a generic policy.

How long does setup take?

Typically two to four weeks from the strategy call to a live, running system, depending on which package you're on and how much customer-specific configuration is involved. Ignite is on the faster end; Core with significant integrations is on the longer end. We move at the speed your business can absorb — there's no point in handing you a configured system you don't yet know how to use. Training and walkthrough are part of the implementation, not extras.

We're a veteran-owned or first-responder-led business. Do you have anything for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Axial ARC is veteran-owned, and we take care of our own. If you're a veteran or first responder, mention it during your strategy call — there's a meaningful discount we extend to verified veterans and first responders, applied for the lifetime of your subscription. No paperwork, no hoops, no special application. We also donate a portion of every Reactor subscription annually to veteran service organizations doing meaningful work in the communities we serve.

Question 10

What happens if I'm not happy after a few months?

Tell us. Two things happen: first, we work to fix it — most "I'm not happy" conversations turn out to be specific things we can address quickly. Second, if it's genuinely not working, you can leave. Subscriptions are month-to-month for a reason. We'd rather hear that something isn't working and either solve it or part as friends than have a customer who's quietly unhappy. The strategic partner relationship cuts both ways — we'll be honest with you about whether Reactor fits, and we expect you to be honest with us about whether we're delivering.
