AI that works inside your business, with you in charge

Reactor includes an AI assistant you chat with and an AI worker that handles back-office follow-up. Customer-facing AI agents are optional and set up on request. It works the same way for shops and service businesses.

Three kinds of AI in Reactor

The AI assistant

You and your team chat with it inside your account. It can help build websites, forms and funnels, automations, campaigns and AI agents. It's for your team, not your customers.

The assistant and the AI worker use credits for their work, so bigger jobs use more. Each assistant message shows the credits it used.

Example scenarios

Example scenario (shop): You ask the assistant to draft a signup form and reminder emails for next month's league night. It shows you what it plans to create, and you approve it.

Example scenario (service business): You ask the assistant to build a follow-up sequence for quotes that haven't been answered. You review each step before it's created.

The AI worker

Works in the background from your instructions. It can add notes, move contacts through a pipeline, and send emails and texts, and it can make calls where configured.

Example scenarios

Example scenario (shop): When a special order moves to “Arrived”, the worker adds a note and sends the pickup message you wrote.

Example scenario (service business): When a job is marked complete, the worker moves it to “Invoice sent” and sends the review request you approved.

AI agents

The AI your customers talk to, such as a receptionist or an appointment-setting agent. It's optional and set up on request. An agent starts with no access and can only use the tools you give it.

Example scenarios

Example scenario (shop): If configured, an agent answers event questions on your website chat and offers a signup link.

Example scenario (service business): If configured, an agent takes a service request, captures the details, and offers available appointment times.

You stay in control

By default, the assistant asks before it creates, changes or deletes anything, or sends something like an email. You approve or decline each action.

An “Auto approve” setting can turn those prompts off. We recommend leaving it off for anything that reaches real people.

Connect your own AI

If you already use an AI tool such as Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code or Cursor, you can connect it to your Reactor account through MCP or the API.

Who it's for: owners and teams who want to work on their account from the AI tool they already use.

Connecting through the app uses a sign-in. Some AI tools require a paid plan on their side.

A connected AI gets the access of the account it connects to, so connect it only from an account with the access you intend. If you use an API key, treat it like a password.

In Reactor, go to Settings > API / MCP. Instructions are on the Connect tab.

Choose a model

By default the assistant runs in agent mode, which uses multiple models. Agent mode is the only mode that can build and change things in your account.

You can also pick a specific model for chatting, planning and general questions. Models available include Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, DeepSeek, GLM and OpenAI (ChatGPT). A model you pick runs outside agent mode and can't build or change things in your account.

What it does not do

  • It doesn't replace your judgment. You review what it creates and sends.
  • Texts and calls to customers follow the same consent rules as the rest of Reactor.
  • Customer-facing agents aren't switched on by default. They're set up on request.
  • AI usage above your plan's included monthly allowance is billed.

On your plan

  • Included on every plan: the AI assistant and the AI worker, with a monthly allowance. Usage above the included allowance is billed.
  • Available on every plan, set up on request: customer-facing AI agents.
  • AI voice minutes depend on your plan.
